Delivery Information

Shipping Information

 

We will ship your order via FedEx according to the service level you requested. All orders are not processed until the next business day. This means if you place an order on Thursday using the FedEx Standard overnight delivery service; your order will be shipped Friday for Monday arrival. If you need to have your gift delivered on/by a specific date, we recommend that you contact us so that we can meet your specific delivery needs.  Fed-Ex Standard Overnight, 2-Day and Express Saver air shipment options DO NOT include Saturday delivery.  During the Holiday Season (Nov-Dec) all overnight delivery options are guaranteed to ship the next business day. Regular Home delivery (Ground) option could experience a delay in order processing and fulfillment by 1-2 business days due to increased volume. Please check your address information carefully. We cannot extend any guarantee to orders which are given incorrect addresses.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Our shipping charges are set by the selected carrier according to shipping preference, shipping weight, and delivery destination. We add our handling charge which includes box, labor and any packaging costs needed to guarantee the products safe arrival. This combined with the shipping charge gives you a total Shipping & Handling charge. Multiple orders being sent to the same address will be combined to maximize our customers shipping dollars. Our website has been configured to calculate correct shipping charges; however if you feel shipping has been misquoted, we ask that you contact us by emailing us at brett@drinkpreservers.com to obtain your exact shipping rate.

Standard Shipping

Most orders are sent via FedExHome Delivery (Ground) which includes standard Saturday deliveries. Please visit this carrier’s link for a full explanation of all shipping methods.  http://www.fedex.com/us/services/ataglance.html

Express Shipping

Any orders being sent using an Express shipping method (packages going by air) will require a needle hole to be placed in each bag to allow for equilibrium in pressure. Since air cargo is rarley pressurized, this practice is our best solution to avoid bags exploding during transit when faced with altitude challenges.

United States* and International shipping

Deliveries to Canada or any other foreign countries require special handling. These orders can not be processed on our website at this time. Please call 1-888-744-7889 to place these orders. Mail Order hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST.

*Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii do not require special handling and can be placed online.

Shipping via FedEx Home Delivery:

 

This service offers the most convenience and affordability. You will receive immediate shipping and tracking information when your order ships. All confirmations will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file with your order receipt. To avoid delays and additional costs, make sure the shipping address you enter is accurate and includes the correct zip code, recipient’s phone number, and any company name, apartment, suite, lot or unit numbers.  Do not type any comments in the spaces provided for names and addresses. 

Use the map below to estimate how long it will take for your order to be delivered.  Don’t forget to add 1-2 days for order processing and fulfillment.  Do not include Sunday or Monday in your calculation for Home Delivery as deliveries are only made Tuesday – Saturday with this service selection.  The map below is a general representation of FedEx Ground transit times.
